EE Free Trial - Product Launch

As program manager for Apple's EE partnership, I led the initiative to enhance their insurance offerings. We introduced the first-ever AppleCare one-month free trial to incentivise customers and demonstrate product value. This required significant collaboration and the creation of new processes and systems involving multiple teams.

The launch was a success, strengthening the partnership between Apple and EE, the UK's leading carrier. We gained valuable insights into the importance of training and marketing, which will guide future trials. This initiative showcased Apple's innovation and EE's commitment to customer value, laying the groundwork for future growth and successful collaborations.
