The Premier League - Digital Program

As program manager, I led a series of iterative improvements for the Premier League's strategic plan, focusing on enhancing websites and apps. Notably, we made significant updates to the core website and apps, which were ranked No. 1 on both the App Store and Google Play at the time.

We also developed specialised applications, including the 'Player App,' designed to facilitate direct communication between the Premier League and players on topics like safeguarding, well-being, and rule changes. Another key project was the 'Premier League Match Manager,' a vital tool for matchday operations, enabling seamless communication with broadcasters and ensuring smooth global broadcasts.

These innovations significantly improved the Premier League's digital infrastructure, enhancing communication, engagement, and operational efficiency. By managing multiple workstreams, I played a crucial role in optimising the league’s operations and reinforcing its position as a leader in the sports industry while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
