In 2022, Vodafone, the UK’s third-largest carrier, partnered with Apple to re-launch AppleCare, enhancing customer-centric features. These improvements included expanded claim coverage and the introduction of an 'evergreen' duration, allowing customers to maintain insurance indefinitely.
The re-launch involved new contracts, technical integrations, system setups, and marketing assets. We also implemented extensive training for in-store and call centre teams to promote the enhanced product effectively.
Post-launch, we saw increased attach rates and a boost in Net Promoter Score (NPS), reflecting improved customer satisfaction. By leading this collaboration, I contributed to enhancing customer experience and business growth, further solidifying Vodafone’s leadership in the telecommunications sector. These learnings will drive future innovations and initiatives.
