At Wiltshire Farm Foods, the UK’s largest supplier of delivered frozen meals, I led the optimisation of their online presence to boost conversion rates. Following a recent rebrand, we collaborated closely with the client to implement intelligent digital strategies and UX improvements that transformed the award-winning e-commerce site.
Our team introduced key enhancements, including discount redemption functionality and refined PIM integration, designed to meet the client’s key performance indicators (KPIs). These improvements significantly increased checkout conversions, directly supporting the client’s business objectives.
By focusing on insight-driven iterations tested through A/B and multi-variance testing we were able to improve the checkout success by 22%. We always prioritised data-driven results, ensuring that the online presence remained competitive in the evolving digital landscape. This program highlighted my ability to drive measurable improvements, collaborate effectively with clients, and deliver strategies that align with business goals, ultimately contributing to Wiltshire Farm Foods’ success.
