I coordinated with legal, IT, and operational teams to update privacy notices, introduce data protection training, and strengthen data handling processes.
By overseeing audits and risk assessments, I ensured ongoing compliance. The program enhanced data security, reduced legal risks, and reinforced customer trust, ensuring BGL Group met all GDPR requirements effectively.
