As project manager, I successfully led the launch of a native app for iOS and Android in late 2019, introducing significant enhancements in user engagement and visual appeal. Despite budget constraints and vendor-related delays, the app was delivered on time.

Working closely with the client, we also implemented iterative web improvements, including better data handling, gamification, and enhanced notification features to create a more personalised experience. Despite the challenge of an extremely tight budget, the team remained adaptable and resourceful, ensuring high-quality delivery and return on investment.

These efforts resulted in a significant boost to user engagement and satisfaction, with users enjoying improved features and deeper interaction. The app exceeded client expectations and received positive feedback, marking a successful launch.
