Greenvale - HR System Implementation

As project manager, I led the deployment of the new HR system, Cintra, for Greenvale. This project involved migrating all employee data, integrating payroll, and implementing self-service portals for staff. The rollout improved efficiency in managing HR functions such as leave requests, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. By collaborating closely with internal teams and Cintra’s technical support, we ensured a smooth transition with minimal disruption. The successful deployment of Cintra streamlined HR operations, provided employees with a user-friendly experience, and supported Greenvale's goal of improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
