I led the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) program, working with one of the most influential sports governing bodies in the world. I spearheaded a series of digital improvements across BCCI and Indian Premier League (IPL) platforms, including web, Android, and iOS.
A key achievement was the design and launch of new BCCI apps, which received positive feedback and maintained a high user rating (4.6 stars as of January 2021). We also enhanced the BCCI website with a robust statistics engine powered by a data management system.
For the IPL, we revamped the iOS and Android apps in 2020, improving the user experience based on data-driven insights. New features like a video library and selfie frames helped maximise fan engagement and solidified the IPL’s global digital presence.
