As program manager, I led a team of project managers, web and app developers, QA specialists, and UX designers to deliver the ICC Cricket World Cup sites and apps in 2020 for both the men's and women's competitions. We introduced new app builds and a web update featuring innovative functionalities like 'Instagram story'-style video playlists, enhancing user engagement.
Despite competition from platforms such as the BBC and CricketInfo, our solutions gained significant traction. Our focus on user-centred design and continuous testing ensured intuitive interfaces that met the evolving needs of cricket fans. Through strong collaboration and efficient resource management, we delivered a digital platform that exceeded the ICC's expectations, highlighting our team's expertise and commitment.
