Orderly - Starbucks

I joined the organisation during an extremely challenging period, following a reduction of one-third of the engineering team through redundancy, which left a significant project resourcing backlog. I rapidly established a strong delivery governance framework, encompassing communication plans, resource management, RAID tracking, and programme planning.

These actions, in collaboration with a talented project management team, transformed a situation where several projects were at risk of failure and jeopardising a critical partnership with Starbucks. Our swift and effective change management ultimately enabled the successful launch of four key products within just a two month period.
