Power Retail - Product Launch

As Program Lead for Apple's partnership with Power International, a leading Nordic electronics retailer, I led a complex programme across legal, marketing, logistics, technical, and operational areas. We introduced new accidental damage repair and theft replacement services, conducting extensive testing.

This was the first AppleCare programme to cover all Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, Audio, Watch, and Mac, expanding coverage significantly. The programme boosted device sales and improved insurance attachment rates, fostering strong collaboration among stakeholders and positioning us for future growth.
