I had the pleasure of working under Mike when he was the Programme Manager at Orderly and I can confidently say he was a phenomenal leader. Mike was my line manager during my time at Pulselive (Sony). I really appreciated his commitment to my personal development and learned a tonne from him about how to manage large and complex projects successfully. More than that, he was a genuine pleasure to work with.

 

I worked alongside Mike for a few years at MMT Digital. A passionate worker with an ability to guide his team through the hardest and most tedious of tasks. An ability to manage projects from conception through to delivery and someone from whom I learnt a lot from.

 

I worked with Mike in his role as project manager on a major ERP despatch implementation to deliver commercially critical requirements for two major retailers including EDI ordering and ASN despatch messaging functionality. Mike showed great composure and pragmatism to rectify issues and keep the moving project forward. In my project role of operations lead, Mike ensured all workstream leads received timely and effective communications assuring actions were understood and completed on plan. Mike's leadership was fundamental in successful project delivery.

 

I worked with Mike at BGL Group from 2016 to 2017 within the Regulatory Project Team implementing key legal and compliance projects across the organisation. He demonstrated great project planning and management skills throughout his projects. As an IT Project Executive Mike specialised in identifying and utilising IT solutions to improve project governance, which included introducing a range of project documentation templates and MI through Office 365.

 

Mike and I have both come from a military background and he has brought key transferable skills from his work in the Royal Air Force, such as excellent attention to detail, time management and high standards, and has applied them effectively in a project context. I heartily recommend Mike and believe he would be a great asset to any perspective organisation.

 

I worked with Mike on a daily basis as a Project Executive at BGL Group in the Regulatory Project Team within Group Functions. During that time, Mike proved to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in respect to both regulatory and IT based projects. Mike was my line manager at MasterCard and I found him to be a dedicated, hardworking, intelligent and an all-round professional. He demonstrated the ability to remain calm during pressured situations and pragmatic in his problem solving.
